Nice well maintained rental property in a safe residential setting. We were in the area for a water ski tournament and appreciated being able bring our dog. It’s a walkable area if you are an active person and I went on foot to Whiskey Road, Sidecar Coffee and Insomnia cookies. Took a 5k jog to Icon Donuts and Sweetery our first morning there. If we had trailered our ski boat to the tournament or had more than 3 other friends staying with us parking would have been a little tight but you can park on the street. It was raining when we were packing up to leave so we appreciated having the garage to pull into to stay dry while we loaded the truck.
